A segunda fase de remodelação do T1 Ocean e T2 Ocean está em andamento. A equipa já instalou as novas canalizações eléctricas e de águas. Agora é tempo de fazer os acabamentos, inspirados no design original deste emblemático edifício em Monte Gordo (assim como em Portugal – um dos primeiros construídos com 16 andares na era pós-ditadura).
Em algumas semanas, as novas cozinhas e casas de banho serão instaladas. As obras devem estar completadas em finais de fevereiro 2020. Depois de concluídas, publicaremos novas fotos.

The second remodeling stage of the Ocean Apartments is now well underway. The team has already installed new electrical wiring and plumbing (water/sewer). Now it is time to wrap it up, inspired by the original design of this emblematic building in Monte Gordo (as well as in Portugal: one of the first high-rise buildings built in the post dictatorship era).
In a couple of weeks, the new kitchens and bathrooms will be installed. The expected end date for this second (and last) remodeling stage is late February. Once it is completed, we will post new photos.
