2-bedroom apartment with seafront view (aprox. 85m² inside, plus 2 balconies: sea front 9m² sunny all day + back 3m²; license 28920/AL): located on the 4^th floor (of a 6 floors building; 2 elevators), fully equipped and with air conditioning. Sleeping comfort guaranteed by Pikolin mattresses and memory gel pillows. We provide towels and linens of superior quality, wireless internet, TV channels in Portuguese, Spanish and English, along with several other live channels from all over the world through Smart TV apps (e.g. NPO-Nieuws from the Netherlands, France 24, etc.), Netflix with multilingual subtitles (movies, series, cartoons, documentaries, comedy, etc.), and parking spot in underground garage for a vehicle with a maximum length of 5.60m. It includes two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, full kitchen, living room, one full bathroom (bathtub), a 2^nd bathroom (shower), entrance hall, front panoramic balcony, rear balcony.

Appliances: Smart TV (with internet, Netflix, Youtube, etc.), 4-burner vitroceramic cook-top plus oven, microwave, kitchen smoke exhaust ventilator, toaster, electric citrus juicer, coffee makers (e.g. traditional and Nespresso type capsules), full fridge (2 doors), dishwasher, laundry machine, ironing, hair dryer, electric water heater and home heaters (you may need them during the winter given that central heating systems are very rare in Algarve), etc.

Furniture: queen size bed (1,50m by 2,00m), 2 single beds (1,35m by 2,00m and 1,05m by 2m), sofa (sofa bed), dining table set (seats 6), outdoor table set (seats 4), 2 tanning chairs, 2 adjustable overhead shades, clothes drying rack, 2 built-in wardrobes, etc. * We renovated this apartment in June 2016.

RATES (all taxes and fees included)

Prices are shown per apartment and rental period (read maximum occupancy rules below). We do not offer 1-day rentals, but we do rent for extra consecutive nights (when available) pro rata based on the rental package bought.

Maximum occupancy: up to 6 people. The 2-bedroom apartment includes one bed with 1.50m by 2.00m (main room), two beds in the 2nd bedroom (one with 1.35m by 2.00m and another with 1.05m by 2.00m ), and one sofa bed in the living room (1.40m by 2.00m). Due to unpleasant experiences, we currently do not accept animals.
